Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Solar Site Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, maintaining safety compliance, and delivering projects within the scheduled timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise solar project installation and execution.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, and site resources.
• Ensure project quality according to engineering standards.
• Read and understand electrical drawings and layouts.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project managers.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare reports.
• Perform testing and commissioning of solar systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and safety regulations.
• Handle project documentation and material verification.
• Resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.
